In early August we went to Disneyland and California Adventure with Scotts parents, this was Jase's second trip there and I think he loved it just as much as the first time. We stayed at the Paradise Pier hotel and our room was upgraded due to it being my birthday week which was nice. We got a view of California Adventure from our room and Jase was pretty obsessed with seeing the Farris wheel.
The day we got there we just explored Downtown Disney a bit and Jase got to build his very own car. After much walking around the store he settled on Finn McMissle from Cars2. That night we ate at the Rainforest Cafe and then watched the World of Color from our room.
The first Park Day we choose to tackle Disneyland since it was our only full day there. We got there shortly after they opened and stayed until just after the light parade. I think Jases favorite ride was the Buzz Lightyear ride (he rode it about 3 or 4 times that day). He also seemed to like Jungle Cruise as well.
The last day we went to California Adventure and Jase was super excited to see Lightning McQueen and possibly a little starstruck! He loved a lot of the rides at California and was super excited to be on the Farris Wheel finally. I think his favorite ride here was Monsters Inc. We rode that many times. He also loved the Parade here and liked being splashed with water.
Both parks he wasn't too crazy about seeing the characters this year. Last year he was obsessed. Much more stand offish this time. He did like seeing Mickey, but when Minnie tried to step in he got a little upset.
Overall we all had a great time! We hope to be able to keep going often to Disneyland so Jase loves it as much as we do!
