21 to 25 Weeks with Baby Girl

Officially 15 weeks to go, well now a little less, but basically!

Since my last post  I have had some fun pregnancy symptoms pop up. Apparently "morning sickness" can start at anytime. I thought maybe I had the stomach flu a couple weeks ago, but since I have felt the same way a few more times at very random and un-predictable times. I'm going to say this is related to pregnancy somehow or possible and issue with dairy (hopefully just milk and not cheese.... I LOVE CHEESE). Thankfully I can feel it coming on now and I try to do my best to avoid actually vomiting, but still not fun.

We also found out that baby girl is a strong one. Due to the sickness I'd been having and it being accompanied by some Braxton Hicks my doctor wanted me to go into Labor and Delivery to be monitored one day. Everything looked great with baby girl and I just has a small UTI which was most likely causing the Braxton Hicks to be more frequent. I don't remember having any with Jase, or I didn't know what they were! Heck, I didn't even know I was contracting when I checked in for my induction with Jase, lol, but I definitely know what they are now, ha!

I've also started to see a chiropractor after having my tail bone pain flair up (to see what happened there you can read my birth story of Jase here). I found, after seeing the chiropractor, that my pelvis is out of whack as well and we're working on getting that back in place or close to it before delivery. It's funny because I have, what I always considered hip pain, for many years, but nothing I thought was bad enough to tell a doctor. That hip pain was actually due to my pelvis being out of whack, the fun things you learn when pregnant! Sort of glad my tail bone pain flared and now I can get my pelvis fixed and my tail bone pain is essentially gone since the first adjustment!

Baby Girl is still nameless. I really thought we were going to have her named by now since we knew Jases' name before we knew he was a boy and Timothy was easy to name as well, but alas Scott and I are polar opposite on names and can't agree on anything at the moment. I, personally, cannot wait until she born, that will send me into an anxiety attack, lol. I'm way too much of a planner and NOT good and quick decision making when it's something like this! Kudos to those who are more relaxed then I with this stuff!

Thats whats been up with pregnancy over the last couple of weeks! This pregnancy is going by so quick! We will start putting the nursery together in the next couple weeks slowly and I am working on some crafty stuff to go in there. I'm also lucky that I know other crafty people and have some friends making some pretty cool stuff for baby girl as well, which I am SUPER excited to see when finished!

We are truly blessed and I am soaking in all this pregnancy has to give. I won't say I'm happy for the sickness, the UTI or the pelvic/tailbone pain, but these are things that come with the territory of being pregnant and I know I'm blessed I get to carry this baby. I still think this pregnancy has been great and these things are so minuscule to the overall picture. I'm also pretty excited to say that my meat intake is better. I've added in steak bones and surrounding meat and beef ribs back into my diet! I was also able to eat In N Out once! Woohoo for progress there!

Here are some bump pictures. We missed some weeks because of travel but you can still see the progress!

I need to plan my shirt taking pictures better...
